Marketing and Advertising Coordinator
The Tailored Closet and Premier Garage of Knoxville, locally owned and operated, are two national brands in the home improvement and organization industry. We design and install custom closets, pantries, home offices, entertainment units, Murphy Beds, garage cabinets and concrete coatings for the garage floor. Our philosophy is simple: we believe in delivering a consistent and highly personalized experience, designed for the way our clients live.
The position for Marketing and Advertising Coordinator is part-time, but could become full-time in the future as the company continues to expand its marketing initiatives.
Marketing and Advertising Coordinator
- Manage marketing programs and advertising campaigns
- Promote & enhance recognition of the company’s brands
- Manage social media sites and post new content regularly to grow brand recognition
- Website oversight & PPC with support of website designer
- Create collateral marketing material & monthly E-newsletters
- Create & execute customer follow-up program
- Coordinate and support sales team in capturing new clients
- Monitor and analyze performance to adjust initiative as needed
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with social media/online marketing platforms
- Proven experience with publication layout and design
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to gather data and convert it into meaningful analysis
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
